The Role The Collections and Recoveries Manager will manage a large collections team dedicated to streamlined functions and strategic initiatives for enhanced results. Primary tasks encompass: Developing and executing impactful strategy for team deliverables Offering perceptive direction to staff, managing reviews and talent development initiatives Partnering with peers, stakeholders, and executives on processes, targets, and solutions Generating insights and evaluations to drive team performance The Candidate The preferred individual will exhibit robust oversight capabilities and a commitment to delivering in a challenging arena.
